Well Happy New Year to everyone. Tomorrow is my usual weigh-in day and I will be doing a complete restart even though I've started watching what I eat today. I've used today to take stock of what I want to accomplish and start to organize my mind to achieve those goals. I have forgiven myself my less than stellar performance of the past year and am only looking forward. I refuse to indulge in the 'what-ifs' and 'if-onlys'. I intend to live in the moment and take each day one at a time. I know I can do this and am quietly determined to prove it. By the time my job starts on Jan. 17th I want to have a good program in place so I don't have to even think about my day. It will all simply flow naturally. So here's to achieving our goals in 2017!!!
