I am so happy to be under 143. The scale is finally moving in the right direction. It sort of puts a spring in ones step. Doesn't it? Oh how I long to feel fit, slim and generally happy about my body again. It just makes everything better. 134, here I come!!!!!! Happy New Year!!!!
