Well you know the saying and its one most say with the new year new year new me . Well I hope that I can find the new me . I have tried so many ways of loosing weight and its hard as ever. An as we get older its harder . I know its something we all need to do so that we can grow old healthy and I hope I can motivate myself to do it again . The one thing that is for sure is that eating healthy is very expensive . An I will just have to find the money to do it . So off to a new me again I just hope I can stick to it . I hope some one one here can help to motivate me . An I hope I can help some one too .
