Even though this shows an increase in weight, I actually weighed myself last month and was 338.0, so I actually lost five pounds, but for the record, I've gained 16.5 pounds. But I DO begin again.
151.3 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 69.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
