I have been feeling a little sluggish. I don't eat any fruits. I went to the grocery today and bought rasberries, blueberries and strawberries. I put a bowl of 2 ounces of each and topped them with a bit of xyletol and dreamwhip. It was heaven in a bowl. I think I will trim it down to 1 ounce each next time and do a smoothy.
My job is keeping me stressed and I do not deal well with it. I internalize it and I know that is not good. Now that the weather is so cold I should come home and let loose in the house and clean,but I sit in front of the computer. I have about 30 lbs to go to my goal. I'm hoping to get there by summer. Feeling good is important to me. I need to get out of this house and do more with friends. I'm a little crafty and need to pick up some of my unfinished crafts. Keep my mind off my job.

A little fruit is okay, unless you are in the <20 g carb part of the diet. I couldn't take it anymore and realized I would rather exercise more (just walk, take stairs etc) rather than not eat any fruits. You can do it, just don't over do it! I know exactly what you mean!!!!!

Good plan.....yes friends can help. Limit your computer time to make way for crafts! I have thirty pounds to go too! it's a small number .....we can do it!
