OK So I did well for most of the day, then blew it at a celebration in the evening. But, even so, I managed to lose a little. I am going to do even better today. And yesterday there was no time to workout. Today there will be and I am looking forward to it. I have an event tonight and expect to have 2 drinks. So, I will be sure to save some calories for that today.

I am so considering WW or Nutrisystem. Has anyone had any success with either or these? I need to lose 10 more pounds.

I find if I wait to long to eat knowing there is an event during my day, then I lack discipline because I'm hungry. I eat a small snack b4, then I'm sated and stay on task.

I've tried them all....I did NOT like Nutrisystem foods YUCK! Had success many years ago with WW but fell into old habits and gained all back...The plan that will work for YOU is the one you can sustain. Good Luck!
