OK So I did well for most of the day, then blew it at a celebration in the evening. But, even so, I managed to lose a little. I am going to do even better today. And yesterday there was no time to workout. Today there will be and I am looking forward to it. I have an event tonight and expect to have 2 drinks. So, I will be sure to save some calories for that today.
I am so considering WW or Nutrisystem. Has anyone had any success with either or these? I need to lose 10 more pounds.
