Christmas at our place....what's YOUR menu? CHRISTMAS EVE we're having hubby's parents over. Bone-in ham, apple compote, cinnamon apple raisin stuffing, Hawaiian rolls, green bean casserole, grape salad, crustless keto pecan pie & apple pie. CHRISTMAS DAY we're having my bro's & mom over. Duck, ham & cheese sliders, deviled eggs, jalapeno poppers, stuff from Christmas Eve.

It's a weight loss site 😱 Ham & duck are carb free, crustless sugar-free pecan pie, jalapeno poppers, rumaki, deviled eggs are all Atkins friendly. green bean casserole has homemade mushroom soup instead of glop from a can. Even the grape salad is just cream cheese & sour cream with truvia 😉 The point of my post was how diet/keto friendly is YOUR menu. My menu, only makes you fat if you don't make it MY way 😉 There's NO reason we can't still enjoy our favorites, with a few modifications and moderation. Have a really nice Christmas 🎄
