Didn't particularly want to cook OR eat this morning so a bunch of stuuf went in the pan and that's my food for the day. I've got turkey, pepperoni, shrimp, summer-blend veggies, tomatoes w/chilies, butter & garlic salt n pepper.

The Brits call that bubbles and squeak; throwing left overs in a pan and making a meal of it, only yours is healthier because there's no potatoes in it. Enjoy! :-)

Oh TOO funny! I was thinking this might be an easier way of cooking for the day lol just a little more organized on the ingredients 😉 bubbles and squeak, I like it!

Fyi, from a Brit: it's bubble (singular) and squeak. I have absolutely no idea why. :-)

I thought it was wrong, when I typed it. It's called that because of the sound the potatoes make when it's cooking. I heard it on tv yesterday and I had to google. LOL
