Park far away from buildings, do brisk walks while moving around the house, walk in same spot while standing .. every little counts... try to eliminate an activity from ure day that could give u a 20 to 30 min extra time.

Ditto both above comments...walking can fit into our lives way more than we realize... a great, underrated, movement activity. Take care and good luck!!

It's very tough to incorporate a work out program while also trying to lose weight. I don't know anything about your path or what you are working on the most (weight or exercise). Just getting in 15 minutes a day of walking increases life span and helps with overall health. Maybe focus more on the diet for a while and worry less about getting a work out regime just now but find 15 mins to get in a walk? I get up every morning and get in my walk first thing before anything else. Best of luck to you.

I agree with the comments above too. Also continue to track your caloric intake. I use the mobile app when I'm on the go. Continue to maintain a deficient between intake and output...
