Ready to start this morning - I am determined to make this a good clean induction and start off 2012 well. Off out for my first run of the year shortly.
A couple of glasses of red wine have caused my starting weight to go up a couple of lb, but hopefully these will come off pretty quickly. I have my 40th in March and would LOVE to be at my target weight for then.
