My first IF over 17 hours today -- 22 hours! I've got a cauliflower crust, pepper jack cheese, chili seasoned tomato sauce, shrimp & pepperoni pizza in the works right now 😀 Picked hubby's bacon cheeseburger pizza from glass nickel on the way home lol

Thanks 😊 I'd really like to be able to do that every day, like 20 hours. Hubby works 3rd shift so when he gets home I have a big breakfast, usually 3 eggs, 3-4oz veggies (like fajita-blend peppers/brussels sprouts/stir-fry blend) cooked with 4tbsp butter and garlic pepper salt & onion powder. It's about an 800-900 cal breakfast then by 3 have a little meat or shrimp with tomato & chilis. Puts me about 10 carbs for the day, 70-80g fat & 50-60g protein. The only reason I have such a big breakfast is because I work at 10a-8p with 2 10min breaks so it's hard to get a real meal in that schedule lol
