Between being sick and the holiday hustle and bustle I've been MIA for awhile. Weight has been bouncing around but I'm still here!
What I haven't told you is that I've been taking a cake decorating class for the last 8 weeks. Last night was the last class and I'm happy to report that I survived unscathed! Over the duration of the class I had ONE un-iced strawberry cupcake and that's it! There was no temptation whatsoever as I don't care for the frosting, made cakes in flavors I don't enjoy, and am not a fan of eating things that were fondled in public places.
Hope everyone is staying warm! I'm off to wrap gifts for nursing home residents.
