Good day at gym last night. Added assisted squats to my route. Basically it's using a top pulley machine set to half of my body weight, ape hanging from a ezcurl bar while doing a squatting motion. I'm using it as a stretch/warm up exercise before smith machine squats to safely increase my range of motion. Also did a hour of cardio before working out and walked a little over a 1/4 of a mile on the track afterwards.
Started adding fruit to my salads, using up the last of my salad dressings. After that I'll be farther reducing my portions.
