Total lost-177 pounds since last March. Holiday cooking will begin this week and just wanted to check in before eating some wonderful desserts (in moderation, monitoring food portions and combinations). My goal is to NOT gain, but still have a special time to remember, with friends and my sweet husband. I couldn't do it without the Lord and His help! Today, I give Him Praise.🙌
