Hi I have been busy with marking tests at school and been ill so I have lost 1 pound! stress!! It looks like I will be giving up this job so money will be tight but I can hit the gym! Need to get back on track!!!!

57.2 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg. Still to go: 3.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.2 kg a Week

I'm in school to become a teacher (secondary ed) so it's nice to know that I'll be naturally losing weight as I teach. LOL ;)
