Yay it's Wednesday~ half way through the work week! Yesterday life got in the way of my plans. There was a huge accident on the highway after class so it took me twice as long to get home. Then, when I got home my dog Howie was in the midst of one of his seizures, so I had to lay with him, pet him, and talk him through it. By the time he was feeling better it was already nearly 9 PM and I hadn't even made dinner for myself.
After I ate I had to make Italian meatballs for the "Dieting Ladies Lunch" today at work. A bunch of us are getting together once a month to try out low fat menu items together. Everyone brings something in to share along with copies of the recipes. Long story short, I didn't get to start my exercise tapes last night. :( My goal is to get to bed early tonight so that I can get up at 6 AM and do it before work. I am proud of myself that I was able to eat healthy all day long, eating Phase 2 foods while also staying within 21 Weight Watchers points. It paid off too, because I am down to 149.6, which is the lowest weight I've recorded yet since returning to Fat Secret.
EATING: B: Special K + fat free milk L: fat free cottage cheese w/ blueberries and raspberries Sn: string cheese stick (2), sugar free jello, Babybel lite cheese snack, coffee w/ 2 TSP half and half D: spinach, Pomegranate vinagrette (1 TSP), baby tomatoes, green and red peppers, onion, 1/4 of an avocado, a large Red Delicious apple, fat free milk, no sugar added fudgsicle. Oh and 1 Italian meatball to make sure they tasted OK to share w/ co-workers.
WATER:Did not do as well as prior days; had 3 glasses.
EXERCISE: 10 minute brisk walks to and from class
