Mindset over all, Jim. I reached a plateau, and just got mad. I said, F-it! I'm doing everything 'right' and still not losing. Screw the discipline, I want what I want. The effect is not so much in pounds, but in how it feel. The aches and pains are back, I'm tired, and I'm cranky. It's not worth it.

So where are you now Ms K? I am there - the aches and pains, I have plenty, I am tired, and oh yes, at times I can be cranky -although not on the outside I am on the inside - lol
