I desperately want to get back to keeping a food diary and exercising at least 30 minutes per day. 2012 will b the year I get down to 125 and stay there for the rest of my life...I hope so, anyway!! Good md appt yesterday...bp is normal without meds!! 120/70 Whoopee!!! weight was up, but only by a little bit!
