Entered my first official fitness walk today... on Dec 31 at the crack of dawn I will be in a Resolution Race/Walk. There were two options for registration, a 5K Run or a 2 Mi Walk. I have to be practical here. If I entered the 5K Run, I couldn't keep it going the whole time, but I am certain I can handle the walk. So walk I will. My resolution this year?
