Did Tuesday of Week 1-2 in stead of Monday last night since I had completed that workout Sunday. It focused on upper and lower body sculpting. Wow, I am sore in all new places this morning. A lot of pushups, plank moves, etc. I am enjoying the mixup of the programs. I don't necessarily think I will achieve the 30 pounds in 6 weeks as advertised, but would love to see 12 pounds of loss.

Was up early this morning but no workout. Husband left at 4 to deliver bulls to Dallas area so I took on the morning cattle duties plus getting both boys ready by myself. We have some cows that are calving so had to check the newborn baby plus to see if any others were in labor. Luckily all was good, so back to the house to get myself and both boys ready I went.

Lala, I have plenty to tell. It can get crazy around there sometimes. I will have a lot more next week since hubby leaves for Fort Worth Stock Show Wednesday - Saturday. It will just be me and the boys and a local guy that helps part-time for us. Watching the new babies being born is my favorite part :) We have 4 new babies so far and several fat mommies ready to calve any day now. These girls are more pampered than me sometimes I think :) Husband more involved with their labor than his two boys....just kidding! Guess when you have a calf every year, you get more attention. I am not planning to spit kids out that often!!!

30 lbs in 6 weeks is a LOT. I think you'd have to have a significant amount of weight to lose for that to happen. 12 would be amazing in itself. I think if you stuck to your plan of working out every day (or other day, whatever you set out to do) you'll have something to feel good about--versus getting stuck on a number and then beating yourself up whenever you step on the scale. All that cattle duty must burn a ton of calories! Keep up the hard work.

I have been in meeting all week, but will get pictures this weekend. The newest little bull calf was soooo funny this morning. He was up by the fence of older bulls, just sniffing and looking. Almost like he was getting advise from those older guys :) Then his Mommy came up and he stumbled and stammered across the driveway to her and jumping and bucking. My 2 year old was just laughing!!! The picture I am determined to get is one of the older calf out of my son's cow. After she nurses, she literly has milk all over her face. It is sooooo cute. Her name is Reba.
