Great news: I have lost 5 pounds! Bad news: I drank 8 beers last night and sabatoged progress :( I hate when I do so well and then have a day of unhealthy eating or drinking. Really hoping that I can keep these 5 off AND more. Have been keeping up with eating healthy otherwise and have been working out. Hope to keep working towards my goal...if only beer was low-calorie lol
