Completed Monday of week one workout of the Biggest Loser - Last Chance Workout. I love it so far. It is set up for 6 days a week, M/W/F is the Warm up, Last Chance Workout, Cool down. T/T/S are Warm up, Upper Body, Lower body and Cool down. The first two weeks is 30-35 minutes, week 3-4 are 45 minutes and you work up to the 5-6 weeks of full 55 minute program.

To keep me on schedule, plan to re-do Monday workout tomorrow.

There is also a 30-day JumpStart DVD that is new this year. Something I read, indicate to start with this DVD before moving to the Last Chance Workout one. However, I had spent last year doing the 30-Day Shred workout, so it wasn't too hard the moves of this workout. A lot of the moves were similar, taking from all three levels of the 30-Day Shred. A lot of pushups and plank moves from Shred.

For those that are looking for something new, and enjoyed the Shred workouts, this DVD may be for you. There is a lot of toning just in the last chance workout, can't wait to see the upper and lower body moves of the DVDs.

The only equipment you need is handweights but they are not required, but recommended.
