I've been feeling really downcast recently. I need some motivation and support.

Hi I am sorry to hear that. Is it weight loss, personal, life in general? Do you have an exercise strategy? Sometimes exercise can help with stress, motivation, and weight loss. Have you considered joining any challenges?
