Here is my phase 2, day 6 (FS day 15, Monday, 21st May):
09:15 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk 12:30 pm - two small green apples, puffed brown rice cake 04:00 pm - grilled fish, tomato/peppers/onion salad 08:00 pm - fresh sliced pineapple
I try to eat the same food as in phase 1 with the addition of fish or chicken. I also try to avoid the not-so-good-for-you-but-still-ok-stuff that is allowed in phase 2. Today I did 50 minutes of bicycle cardio workout. Have to burn that fat! :)
