I'm taking animal cutts for two days and i've allready lost 4 pounds. i have cutt out all the bad eating and am ready to start hitting the gym again. Since loosing caden i have lost all intrest in training and have balloned up to 242 the biggest i have ever been. it is time to get it done. I hope we move to jackson soon so we don't have to drive an houre. Lauren is doing very well on her program i am so proud of her.
