Sunrise's Journal, 21 Dec 11

I had a somewhat startling realization in the shower this morning. I had just completed 50 minutes of cardio, followed by a refreshing protein smoothie. I felt great – strong, lean and fit! As I was lathering up my hair, I was visualizing myself with a tone, maybe even slightly ripped, body. I have been doing this visualization thing for several weeks now, but what struck me today was that the visualizations had become so real that somehow it has transformed the way I see myself NOW. Even though the mirror still tells me that I’ve got a long way to go, I don’t see what the mirror is projecting back at me. Instead of seeing what I AM, I see what I’m BECOMING. It’s really very odd, but wonderful at the same time.

Talk about BREAKTHROUGH! That is so awesome, Sunrise. Sure, there is a way to go, but you have chosen the path. It's like setting the GPS to go to healthyland. :)
