11.5 lbs to go then I'll evaluate whether I'd like to lose some more. I think if I stay between 175 and 180 I should be fine

I'm no where near my goal yet, but I've already decided that I want to have a 5lbs-ish buffer so there is room for a day of "bad" eating. As long as I don't exceed those 5 lbs I'll be happy and if I do put those 5lbs on, it'll be straight back on the diet to get rid of them.
