So, yeah, my journal entry of Nov 1 was not easy for me to follow. I managed for a few days but then my best intentions fell apart. I did drop about 4 pounds but 140 seems to be my sticking point. I guess I'll keep exercising and hope to stay in the 140 area until after the holidays.
