stupid holidays.....also not working out for um......ever.
Been REALLY sick for about a month. I'm getting better now, and I want to work out, but I just haven't started yet.
I have major motivation now though. I'm surprising my Korean husband with a trip to a Korean style jim jil bang for New Year's Day. The catch? Korean style spas have gender separated areas that you HAVE to go into that are 100% no clothing allowed. Nothing. With lots of other people.
So, you know, the threat of impending public nakedness is really getting my butt into gear. I don't want to work out too hard, since I'm still sick, but I SERIOUSLY need to at least drop 5 pounds in the next couple weeks. If it all goes from my stomach I'll be happy. That's my only problem area I care about.
Guess it's time to start writing down the stuff I eat too.
