Thank you all for your thoughts and comments, my A1c was normal today for the first time in 3 years of " pre diabetic". No meds... just taking notice and counting what I eat... Halloween was difficult but I managed to not even sneak one piece.. instead I enjoyed some almond bark dark chocolate thins.. pretty darn good actually!
