Stress is a big factor in all of the weight gain I have achieved in the past five years. One thing I have learned is that in order to take control of myself and my attributes I need to calm down and stop stressing about EVERYTHING! this is a hard task to accomplish, especially since even yesterday, My fiance and I got hit by a bus. Literally. I am hoping that by sharing my feelings it will help me to stay calm and to continue to focus on bettering myself and my body. My ultimate goal is to be healthy and to feel beautiful on the inside and out.
