Today has been a bit of a slow day. I had a good 9 hours of sleep but it was repeatedly broken after three am so I was REALLY groggy all day. I eventually took a nap i was so sleepy and couldn't fight it.

Later in the day I planned to do my workout but I was pulled away from home, my mother needed a lot of help today, she was in general a little clingy, like out of her normal clingy so I was worried something was up but she says everything's fine. Found out my brother won't be coming home from the military before thanksgiving like he was supposed to originally. So, that's a bit of a bummer.

On top of that I snacked a little bit today, I had three cookies and I stopped there even though I wanted more I told myself no, and left it at that. They are girl scout cookies anyway WHO CAN RESIST GIRL SCOUT COOKIES, and they aren't as sweet, I didn't feel like I was overpowered by sugar when I ate them so perhaps that's a good sign, I mean two Oreos are 300 calories versus 2 lemonades( my favs) from girl scouts that's only 120, I think I made a better choice here. Still no soda nor the desire to drink any...that's a lie I have been CRAVING a Pepsi. I almost drank my Husband's Pepsi this morning then he swoops in and whacks on me the hand as if I was some child. LOL it made me laugh so hard I forget about the Pepsi. For once, he is actually putting in the effort to support me on this weight loss journey and it feels so good.

I've got to say: the one thing I miss is my daily one can of Pepsi! No Diet Pepsi is even close.. I've switched to really cold grape or orange sugar free crush powder.. not Pepsi.. but better than some other options!
