I went to the gym again today! The interval workout kicked my butt, but I finished it. Aren't these supposed to get easier, not harder? Sheesh! I pigged out today though. Fast food that I shouldn't have gone after, but at least I exercised! I got my water for the day too. That's so much better than I was doing.
