my partner's had work functions the last few nights so I've been able to have teeny tiny evening meals - so that's been good (and time to go to the gym too) I wake up starving but incredibly light feeling! haha. I feel quite exhausted and headachey today though... Going to try and get to the gym for a spinning class after work. Fingers crossed that I managed to stay awake at work until then!
