No daytime workout, but DID do Evening Workout...

Treadmill:
Time: 24.15 min.
Speed: 3, 3.5, 4, & 4.1 mph alternating
Incline: 6.5 all the way through
Distance: 5.5 laps
Chair Dips: 26, 32 (quick stops 3x), 18, 18, 30
Bicep Curls (chair): 2 sets of 10
Single Arm Overhead Press: 3 sets of 10
