woke up this morning felt thinner in areas, i know it's not been long enough to see to much of a difference,but at least i feel something weather i see it or not.(LOL) diet going well staying below my calorie intake limit.(yeah) not eating any big meals past five and have alot more energy to do my work around house and exercise.thats an awesome feeling:O)IM SUCCEEDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
