Day off from the gym last night. Managed to cut back on total calorie consumption for the day. Lack of sleep during the week had caught up to me so I went to bed two hours early.
129.3 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Gaining 7.9 kg a Week
