I have been following my own advice, its paying off, it won't be long before I get to my goal weight!
I have said it before, I will say it again, keep off sugar, saturated fats, do the exercise and your weight will come off.

I am constantly amazed at some of the stuff people put in their trolleys at the Supermarket!
Chips, Lollies, Pastries, soft drinks, I could write pages on this!
