I was sooo hungry when I came home from work today - made a big plateful of food, mostly from weekend leftovers. Now I'm really, comfortably full but haven't gone over my daily limit cos I kept the oil level way down! I'm learning fast :)

Sure is - I'm quite surprised at the quantity of delicious, filling food I can consume within the calorie limit!
