Holiday eating has made a negative impact on my weightloss efforts. I had a friend tell me, the other day, that's not too bad; well maybe it isn't but, if my weight is going up rather than down, then it's not good either. I refuse to give in to an attitude of complacency that goes hand in hand with the statement, "That's not too bad". I'm on a mission, and the big picture is; when there are setbacks, get refocused, get back on track, don't beat yourself up about it, get past it, and continue to get the weight off. Never give up!!!
