So every Sunday night we have a family dinner with one of my younger brothers and his family. Yesterday, I invited my youngest brother to dinner as well so we could discuss the end of the year holidays and birthdays coming up. I haven't seen him in about a month and the first words out of his mouth were "Damn are you losing weight!" I told him that I'm down around 25 lbs and lifted my shirt. He then said "Holy Shit! you got abs under there"
