I made a discovery this week about the “Fat Secret” Program. I have been using a Windows mobile phone to log my food and exercise. Unfortunately I have been notified by some of the apps that they are not being updated and some will be discontinued - NOT the Fat Secret program. I have resigned myself to getting a new phone, the question is which one. My Son had a spare iPhone that he loaned me. I have never used an iPhone before so set up my apps and noticed on the iPhone the Fat Secret program is totally different. It’s taking a bit of getting used to, but seems to have everything I could wish for and more.
This thing seems to have stuff I never even knew I needed, it seems to do everything other than chew gum, make the tea and tap dance. The phone is pretty cool too. :D
