few months ago during a "dark" time, I ate popcorn 3 nights in a row, severe pain, diverticulitis. Now I have to be careful when I eat nuts as they seem to make it flare up. I've NEVER had a problem with my stomach (they used to call me lead gut). Punishment from the low carb gods, me thinks!
