Well it took a while, but I finally made some progress after stagnating for a while. Weighed in at 196 today and definately feeling a bit less flab. Still a ways to go. Now that taxes and hurricane are behind me, hopefully I can get some exercising in. I'm off tomorrow and sat; seems like a good time to start.
