Hi everyone, It's my 4th day on phase 1. Last night at work was a little hard. But I stayed strong. I packed my lunch & my snacks. The cravings are not as bad but I still are having them. I did my workout of hip hop abs with my sister today with my 300 crunches. As of today I have done 8 hip hop abs workouts. I can start to see the difference. I didn't think I would as soon as I have. I am going to walk an hour each day this weekend with my sister & our dogs. I am taking a break from the hip hop abs to give my abs a break. With the walking at least I am still getting a workout. Well I am off to bed. Have a good weekend everyone & keep up the good work. Talk to you all later. Bye. Oh remember to keep on smashing.

Keep it up! It sounds like you're doing a good job of staying on track. My suggestion would be to do as much cardio as possible. So walking is great! I find that cravings come and go on this diet. Good for you for not giving in. :)
