Yep - weigh your food scrupulously, record every skerrick that you eat, don't touch anything between meals, and stick to a strict calorie limit for a year or two. You don't need WW or any program that costs money ....

cal in/cal out, portion control and a deep care of the quality of your food. You are in the good track, and you will be not alone!

Just do what works for you. I have a friend on WW and she counts points. I count calories and write down everything I eat. Same results for both of us. It is all about commitment and working toward the goals that you set for yourself.
