I am having such a hard time getting all if my calories in each day. It us showing in my energy levels, as in b I don't have any energy. I only have a couple of weeks before I can really hit the gym again, but with no energy I can't see that happening. I am doing fairly well with my walking (I walk during my son's football practice at least three times a week) but I am missing my lifting nights so much.
