So I joined to today mainly so I can keep up with my carb intake. I find that I lose weight so much better if I have to be acountable for every bite that goes in my mouth. I will be doing the Low Carb Keto challenge starting on the 17th. Also, I'm going to try to get hubby to join the page so he can also keep track of his carbs. Of course, I will probably be the one who endus up recording them.
