Ok, getting started my wife has helped me out by kick starting me on a low carb diet. Did really well today so far with an after dinner cal count of 1364. Been exercising for a week now every other day and will continue, I want to loose about 20 pounds and tone up. I am no in terrible shape i just want to fir in my clothes better and also fit in some i have put aside!
I also am on a cpap machine for my snoring and I believe if I get down to around 180 then I can quit using it! That is a pretty big motivation for me.
