I really like this Krave beef jerky as a new type of afternoon snack: 2 oz is 200 calories and 28 grams of protein, with only 12 carbs -- but I wish it wasn't so high in sodium. The same is true of the single-portion boxes of bone broth -- yummy and surprisingly filling, but too high in sodium for every day use. I'm glad I like turkey breast, because it really does make a good snack.
